Chuckie Finster
Where Tommy is a ‘doer,’ Chuckie is more of a ‘thinker,’ and he’s got a lot on his mind - mostly, a running list of fears and dangers. Still, when he’s got his pals by his side, Chuckie can’t resist coming along for the ride. Interests include outer space, keeping things tidy, and trying to be brave like Tommy…eventually. Voiced by Nancy Cartwright.
Angelica Pickles
A clever preschooler with a wicked streak, Angelica knows how to turn on the charm when adults are around. This, of course, lets her get away with just about anything - namely, bossing around the younger babies. She’s always ready with misguided information, outlandish schemes, bold-faced lies, and snarky insults. Always at her side is best friend and favorite fashion doll Cynthia, who’s looking a little worse for wear these days, but is still a perfect sidekick! Voiced by Cheryl Chase.
Phil and Lil DeVille
Twins marching to the beat of their own bongos. Lil’s got an imagination almost as big as Tommy’s, while Phil is more of a realist, but that’s what makes this terrific twosome work. Their shared interests include tussling around, anything to do with monsters, and the finer parts of Mother Nature (mud, worms, frogs, etc.). Voiced by Kath Soucie.
Susie Carmichael
